Bears safety Major Wright was active last week with no injuries, but showed up on Thursday on the injury report.

A hip injury forced him out of practice, but Wright practiced today and could be slated to start across free safety Chris Conte.

Veteran Chris Harris could be slated to start at strong safety considering he took some first-team reps this week in practice.

Wide receiver Devin Hester has bruised ribs, but he’ll be able to play on Sunday. It will be interesting to see if they use him on both on offense and special teams.

WR Earl Bennett has been out since Week Two with a chest injury, he has practiced all week, but the Chicago Tribune reported he won’t be rushed back into play.

Tight end Kellen Davis (elbow) and special teams player Anthony Walters (knee) are probable after practicing today.

The Bucs RB LaGarrette Blount will not play on Sunday with a knee injury.

Also, Bucs center Jeff Faine is doubtful after missing practice and WR Sammie Stroughter will be a game-time decision. Defensive tackle, Gerald McCoy is unlikely to play after the Bucs thought initially he would be active this week.
