The Chicago Bears held their second to last voluntary OTA practice today at Halas Hall. Thursday marks the 10th practice of OTA’s and concludes the practices.

Next Tueday through Thursday a three-day minicamp will take place at Halas Hall.

Cornerbacks Tim Jennings and Kelvin Hayden lined up with the first-team with Charles Tillman absent and Jonathan Wilhite injured.

Hayden seems to be 100% now after spending the past couple of months in a walking boot according to the Bears.

He will likely be the fourth corner behind Charles Tillman, Tim Jennings and D.J. Moore this season.

Gabe Carimi is back and healthy and has lined up at right tackle with the first team alongside RG Lance Louis, C Roberto Garza, LB Chris Spencer and LT Chris Williams and J’Marcus Webb.

Webb and Williams have split the reps at left tackle and likely will until the end of the pre-season.

Undrafted safety Jeremy Jones is listed at safety as of now, but he has lined up at nickelback behind D.J. Moore during practice.

Other undrafted free agent news:

Right tackle James Brown from Troy has taken reps at that position with the second team.

Safety Trevor Coston deflected a Jay Cutler pass intended for WR Earl Bennett. According to the Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs, the play was very “acrobatic” as Coston “came out of nowhere” to knock the ball down.
